MEET MISS MAPLE & MISS OAK

Hello lovelies, we are delighted to introduce ourselves and to offer you our indulgent High Tea services. We bring the High Tea to you, so you can enjoy a perfect day with friends & family in your very own home.

All the china, glass, crystal and silver wear, table cloths, napkins, menus, invitations, flowers and most importantly, the food is delivered to you as a kit ready to be set up in your favorite room. You choose the day, the time and who's coming to tea, while we do all the rest. 

We have a delicious menu choice and 5 different packages to choose from.

We can deliver or you can pick up the day before or on the actual day of your delectable event. Afterwards, we will collect the cleaned and packed up products and take it away. You can also choose to return them yourself.

Please note, we will supply the sugar but it is the hosts responsibility to supply their preferred milk choice and quantity.

 

Special Dietary requirements – $10 extra per guest – Gluten Free, Vegetarian

100 Cup Hot Water Urn can be hired for $10. It will be included in the price for options 3, 4 & 5.

BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

Bookings are required at least 2 weeks prior to your event with a $100 non refundable deposit. 

Full payment is due 1 week before the event.

Payment can be cash or direct debit.

OUR GIFT TO YOU

As a thank you to you for choosing to use our High Tea service, Miss Maple & Miss Oak, will include a  complimentary fragrance candle the retail value of $30 (in a tea cup of course!) and a full jar of home made jam for you to use on the day and continue to enjoy afterwards.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Delivery

• Delivery, set-up and collection​

{within 20 km of Stirling or delivery
surcharge applies}

We use Google Maps to calculate the distance, a quote will be sent.

Packing Up

All items must be cleaned and ready for us to pack up and take away.

Damaged or missing items
In the unlikely event that a damage occurs or an item goes missing, the following charges will apply and will be taken from your Security Bond:

  • Tea cup, saucer, side plate, spoon, champagne glass = $10 per piece;

  • Milk jug, sugar bowl = $15 per piece;

  • Tea pots, tiered stands, serving platters = $40 per piece;

  • linen and other items = replacement cost.

Q & A

Q: Am I able to cancel my event?
A: Cancellations prior to 7 days before the date of your function will incur a 20% cancellation fee.

Cancellations between 4 and 7 days prior to the date of your function will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellations on the day of, or within the 3 days before your function will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

 In the event of an emergency, and at our discretion, we may allow you to change your date.
