Orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post. Orders within Australia should arrive within 3 – 5 business days after shipping date. (allow for delays due to current conditions).
Due to the Covid-19 outbreak Australia Post are experiencing delays in their network. Upon dispatch we will send you a notification email and your order should arrive within 5 to 15 business days for standard delivery and 3 to 7 business days for express delivery. Once we have shipped your purchase, you will receive tracking information via email.
Please note that some rural locations may take slightly longer. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email from Australia Post with your tracking number, after which you can track your delivery. Please contact Australia Post for any inquiries about your order, as once this leaves our Online store, it is in the hands of Australia Post.
A lot of our products are hand made and therefore may have some imperfections, but if your package/product is damaged in transit let us know immediately and send us a photograph of the package and contents. This must be done within 3 days of delivery. If it is a damaged candle, it does not need to be returned.
We will happily exchange a faulty or damaged item that happened in transit. Once we access proof of damage, a replacement of the same item will be sent to you.
We will not accept a candle that has been lit or burned, no exchanges if you are not satisfied with the scent any scented product.
We take a lot of pride in hand-pouring each and every one of our candles in store, every day. Our candles are made using natural soy & coconut wax, pure fragrance oils, and top quality cotton wicks, resulting in a candle that is clean-burning, true-to-scent, and long-lasting.
If your candle (or other scented product) doesn't burn exactly the way you think a candle should perform, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can make it right!
We offer store credit but no refunds.
You have 60 days to use your store credit, after that your credit will be void.
We accept payment via Pay Pal and Square. Orders will be dispatched once payment has been confirmed.
We protect your privacy. Your personal details will not be disclosed or used for any other purposes or by anyone. Maple & Oak do not receive any credit card details from Paypal or Square.
